Arturo joined TIG Re in 1997 (OdysseyRe merged with TIG Re in 1999) from American Re-Insurance in Chile where he was General Manager responsible for South American technical and operational support. Arturo's current position is Senior Vice President responsible for Barbados, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, St. Kitts, Trinidad and Venezuela.
Arturo graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan College with a B.A. in History and attended Delaware Law School of Widener University where he received his J.D.
