Juan Eduardo is a Vice President in our Latin America unit, responsible for marketing and underwriting in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay. Juan Eduardo joined TIG Re in 1997 (OdysseyRe merged with TIG Re in 1999) from American Re in Santiago where he was Underwriting Manager responsible for Treaty and Facultative business and prior to that he was General Manager of Cia de Seguros Fenix Chilena S.A.
Juan Eduardo obtained a degree in International Trade and a Post Degree Diploma in Finance from the Universidad de Chile.
