Property Treaty
OdysseyRe underwrites proportional and excess of loss exposures on a worldwide basis. We prefer lead participation, homogenous classes and regional companies, with particular interest in ILWs, DIC and CAT programs. We also underwrite depopulations/residual markets. We actively manage our property catastrophe book by diversifying exposures by geography, utilizing PC-based modeling tools to measure our potential involvement in large loss events.
Limits are available up to US $5,000,000 per risk and US $10,000,000 CAT.
