Surety
Our focus is on traditional surety and trade credit treaty business. We are looking for clients who embrace a concept of mutual profitability and have proven track records and business plans. We will consider start-ups staffed with veteran personnel and backed by a solid commitment from senior management. We avoid strict or esoteric financial guarantees, credit enhancements, and retrocessions.
We prefer surety excess treaties but will consider pro rata. Trade credit treaties should tend toward shorter risk tenors and be less retail trade intensive. We strive to be a lead or influential supporting market and are an active quoting market.
We have limits available of US $5,000,000 per program.
